• Full of fun Hot Hugs will keep you warm and cozy all night long. Hot Hugs have a removable tummy insert that is heated in the microwave to give it a long-lasting warmth to help aid a perfect night’s sleep.
• Made with the highest quality of super-soft fabrics they’re perfect to cuddle, plus the microwaveable insert is gently scented with lavender, which is released when warmed and helps encourage sleep. Approx 34cm / 13.5″ high.

• Place 1/2 cup of water inside the microwave. Place the microwave insert onto a non-metallic plate and place it inside the microwave oven. Make sure the turntable is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning. Make sure the turntable can rotate freely. Fold over the microwaveable insert if it does not sit flat on the turntable. Heat the microwaveable insert according to the instruction and heating timetable below.
• The microwaveable insert must be re-inserted in the outer cover after heating and before use. Once heated allow to stand for 30 seconds before use. Microwave rating 600-750 watts heat for a maximum time of 1 minute. Microwave rating 800-1000 watts heat for a maximum time of 30 seconds. All our microwaveable products conform to the stringent British Safety Standard BS8433:2004 and have detailed heating and care instructions on the packaging, product covers, and calico-filled inserts.
